I’ve loved the feeling of “home” ever since I watched my mom and grandmother thoughtfully design our family spaces, from a beach house to a cozy lake cottage. After 15 years in real estate, I became a homeowner and started designing my own house to recreate that same warmth and charm. Friends began asking for help with their spaces, and my passion for design turned into a purposeful business.

In 2018, I left the corporate world to launch my design firm. With a mix of training, experience, and a clear vision, I developed a signature style and process that set me apart. My background in sales and natural ability to connect with clients helped me build a business focused on creating beautiful, meaningful spaces that truly feel like home.

Mary Bloedow

DESIGNER

Mary earned her degree in Interior Design with a minor in Art History and spent nine years designing corporate offices and public spaces in the commercial design world. Since joining the KSI team in 2021, she’s shifted her focus to residential design, where she loves space planning and creating functional, beautiful spaces tailored to each client.

Outside of work, Mary finds joy in creative outlets like painting, woodworking, reading, or simply soaking up a gorgeous view with a great drink in hand. She’s married with four young daughters and a loyal old dog, keeping her on her toes. As a family, you’ll often find them skiing, playing outside, volunteering at church, or chasing extracurricular adventures.

Sharon Vraciu

PROCUREMENT + OFFICE COORDINATOR

Sharon has extensive experience in creative business management, marketing and has managed Fortune 500 clients + brands for a well known national advertising company. But, for the past few years has taken on several interior design projects of her own - and killed it!!

She has a keen eye for home design, is an avid cook, can read architectural blueprints like it’s her job (and it kind-of is!) and is the most detailed, well-rounded, charming and delightful business partner I could ever ask for to join me in this ever evolving business.
